“They  did the service as part of the contract for my new home and I didn’t have to pay anything. I liked his professionalism and timeliness. He paid attention to detail. He was an older gentleman and he went up on my roof and I did not expect him to do that. He did a thorough job. There is a vent that goes to my upstairs bathroom and it has a seal around it. He asked if he could step down the vent and check because it was leaking all the way through the house down to the bathroom. He wanted to make sure that it wasn’t the plumbing and he went up and found out that the roofing guys had messed up something on the top of the house. It was a thorough service.”
